The program

Eight weeks. One investment case.

Each week adds one working document to the last. In week eight you pitch the result to the cohort as a seven-minute investment case.

A typical week

  1. Brief Two pages: the idea in plain words, one pharma case, three traps.
  2. Try A short exercise on a synthetic pharma document, with the AI tools you already have.
  3. Ask Three questions to take to your team on Monday.
  4. Build One page of your investment case.
  5. Discuss A live hour with the cohort.
